Each person may only hold one account — multiple accounts under the same name, phone number, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false details may result in account termination.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before withdrawals — a copy of your national ID or passport is required.
Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.

            
            Withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete. This is done to protect the security of your account.
          

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

In the case of suspicious transactions, Super Baj may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals pending verification.

Betting Rules

Please read and understand the following rules before placing any bets on Super Baj:

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available.
Odds may change both before the match starts and during Live Betting.
If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
Super Baj is not liable for any bet that fails to process due to a technical error.
Maximum winnings for Sports Betting are capped — the limit for each event will be displayed on its respective page.
If incorrect odds are offered on any bet, Super Baj reserves the right to void that bet.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Super Baj regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

The welcome bonus is a one-time offer available exclusively to newly registered users.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — typically 5–30x the bonus amount.
Bonus funds may not be valid for all games — their use may be restricted to specific titles.
Each bonus has a specific claim window — any unclaimed bonus will expire after the deadline.
Using the same bonus offer more than once is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and full forfeiture of funds:

Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's details.
Participation in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
Using software or bots to place bets automatically.
Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.

Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your account at any time by emailing our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure.

Super Baj may terminate an account for the following reasons:

If evidence of a terms violation is found.
Registering with false or inaccurate information.
Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
Failure to complete KYC verification.
By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Limitation of Liability

Super Baj always strives to deliver the best experience, however our liability is limited in the following areas:

Losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical errors.
Delayed transactions due to issues with a third-party payment provider.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government directives).
Losses resulting from the user's own negligence.

            
            Super Baj will never withhold legitimately deposited funds. Accounts are only blocked in the event of a terms violation.
